About
Hi, I'm Lala.
I was born and raised in Brazil, and moved to the United States seven years ago as an au pair. Living and working inside family homes allowed me to see how overwhelming clutter and disorganization can be — and how much peace thoughtful systems can bring to daily life.
During that time, families naturally noticed my ability to create spaces that felt calm, functional, and easy to maintain. What started as helping families feel supported slowly became a calling.
I later earned my degree in Business Administration and Management at Williamson College in Tennessee, turning my passion for organization into a professional service rooted in care, respect, and practicality.
Today, I serve Nashville and surrounding areas with a compassionate, judgment-free approach. Organization, to me, is not about perfection — it's about creating systems that reduce stress and make room for what truly matters.
A portion of every project supports Alzheimer's research, a cause deeply personal to me. This work is more than a career — it's a way to serve, bring peace into homes, and create meaningful impact beyond them.
